What the day will look like Executive Support & Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact and liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, clients, and external partners Build effective working relationships across functions and geographies Calendar & Inbox Management Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing competing demands across time zones Oversee inbox management, ensuring timely responses and alignment with leadership priorities Meeting & Governance Support Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and logistics Support leadership forums by driving agenda discipline, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through Attend senior leadership meetings where required to capture key decisions and action items Travel & Expense Management Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements across the region, including visas where required Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Communications & Documentation Draft and review communications on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and consistency Prepare high-quality documents and presentations aligned with Aon brand standards Operational & Ad Hoc Support Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support special projects and initiatives as required How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Executive Assistant.
