JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with strong IT proficiency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a proven ability to manage administrative functions efficiently while leveraging IT systems to streamline office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Trello, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with internal IT systems and supporting minor troubleshooting
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with document management systems or ERP platforms
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
  • Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven work environment

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Organize and maintain office systems and records (physical and digital)
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain databases, track documents, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support for internal teams using office productivity and IT tools
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate IT-related requests and liaise with tech support when necessary
  • Support onboarding processes for new staff (email setup, access rights, etc.)
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and ensure office software and hardware are functional
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows using IT tools (e.g., Excel, project/task management systems)
