Hours and Pay Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Compensation: $58,000 - $60,000 Job Description Supervises and directs the work of the reception team members and front desk area. Ensures adequate phone and front desk coverage. Performs administrative duties for the Executive Director and management team, including but not limited to screening telephone calls, opening and routing mail, filing correspondence/records, managing & scheduling appointments, and performance of special projects as needed. Processes purchase orders, check requests, catering requests and orders office supplies as needed by the Administrative Department. Qualifications High school diploma required. College degree preferred. Two (2) years related work experience required. Management experience required.
