Description
Executive Assistant at Assistant Launch Assistant Launch is a US-based company expanding its operations and actively hiring Executive Assistants from the Latin American region. This role requires a professional level of fluency in English, as you’ll be working directly with founders and executives in an international business environment. Over the past 6 years, we’ve placed thousands of Executive Assistants with founders and executives. Many of our EAs have stayed with the same client for 2, 3, even 4+ years—because when we make a match, it sticks. For you, that means stable, long-term client relationships, not a revolving door of short-term gigs. We’re not a VA marketplace. We’re a placement agency that takes matching seriously, supports you after placement, and invests in your long-term growth. Why EAs Choose Assistant Launch You'll work with high-caliber clients. Our clients are founders and executives running businesses from $500K to $10M+. They're smart, driven, and ready to take on new challenges. You won't be micromanaged or treated like a task robot. You'll be trusted to own outcomes. AI training and tools are part of the job. We're building one of the most AI-forward EA teams in the industry. You'll get access to AI-specific training and tools that make you faster, sharper, and more valuable. This isn't optional or "nice to have." It's core to how we operate. We don't just place you and disappear Every EA goes through our 4-week accelerator to build systems with your client from day one. After that, you still have our support. We don't let people fail. Real career paths, not empty promises Top performers move into lead roles, get matched with higher-tier clients, or transition into internal positions at Assistant Launch. We have EAs who've been with us 4+ years and grown their careers here. Compensation that reflects your value We offer pay and benefits that meet or exceed industry standards, based on your experience and skill set, with performance-based bonuses and regular salary reviews. Our focus isn’t on low-cost hiring, but on building a team of high-quality professionals—and we compensate fairly for that. What You'll Do Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters. Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes) Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters What We're Looking For Strong administrative skills (email management, project coordination, research) Proficiency with common tools (CRM systems, project management software, MS Office/Google Workspace) Excellent written and verbal communication Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools (including AI) High emotional intelligence and professionalism Track record of reliability and follow-through Fully remote Weekly pay, at and above industry standard Performance bonuses and salary reviews Paid vacation and holidays Health and learning stipends Access to AI training and tools Clear paths to advancement This Role Isn't for Everyone This is not a role for someone who simply wants to clock in and clock out. It’s for professionals who want to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant, work with clients who respect and value their contribution, and grow within a team that is committed to developing the future of this role.
