Job Description Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive Work on projects pertaining to customer updates within the CRM system Provide phone support, including screening and directing calls Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist with sales calls, including notetaking, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetings Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents Handle confidential information with discretion Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience within an executive level support role Experience with a CRM software like Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a client-facing capacity Experience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small office environment Additional Information $65,000-$85,000 Compensation: USD 65000 - USD 85000 - yearly
