The Opportunity Join Asteron Life as Executive Assistant to the CEO, a critical role supporting executive leadership, governance and key stakeholder engagement at the heart of the business. How will you make an impact You'll be the CEO's trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating board and leadership activities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building strong stakeholder relationships. About You You're a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships and handles sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. You'll bring Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders. Strong stakeholder, board and executive support experience. Exceptional organisation, communication and prioritisation skills. Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail. A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset. Financial services or insurance experience will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
