We are seeking a detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to a leadership team. This role focuses on managing schedules, documentation, and communication while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Description The Tax Planning Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Tax Leadership Team, with a specific focus on administrative activities. This role ensures the smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, documentation, and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage sensitive personal, financial, and tax-related information with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage leadership calendars and schedule tax-related meetings, reviews, and planning sessions, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Prepare, organize, and maintain tax documentation, reports, presentations, and planning materials with accuracy and professionalism. Assist in coordinating inputs and follow-ups with internal teams, advisors, and external tax partners. Track important deadlines related to tax filings, planning cycles, and compliance items. Screen and prioritize incoming tax-related correspondence, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication. Coordinate and facilitate planning meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing action items to completion. Act as a liaison between leaders, tax advisors, internal partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and maintaining positive relationships. Arrange travel, meetings, and logistics as needed. Anticipate needs and proactively support the leadership team, helping streamline decision-making and administrative workflows. Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and compliance with company policies. Support special projects and ad-hoc requests tied to leadership initiatives. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting finance, tax, or legal teams is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Work Environment The position is on-site at the office in Lenexa, working alongside the tax team. There is flexibility with a hybrid work model. The role involves supporting various leaders on the Tax team, consisting of over five individuals. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lenexa, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr. 100% paid benefits HSA Contribution Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Lenexa,KS.
