You will be responsible for sophisticated calendar management, driving organizational initiatives, and developing effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 4-6 years of experience in calendar management.
  • Strong skills in Outlook and Microsoft Products / M365.
  • Experience in space management, administrative support, and executive support.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Genuine curiosity and dedication to creative problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail without requiring perfection.
  • Complex calendaring experience for supporting busy executives.
  • Travel and expense management experience (nice to have).
  • Space management experience (nice to have).
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple complex executive calendars and high-stakes scheduling requirements.
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring proactive follow-up on pending items.
  • Partner with leaders to understand priorities and implement processes that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage group logistics and workspace planning, including team moves and reconfigurations.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Process and file expense reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Plan and execute team activities and events that strengthen team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Anticipate and proactively address executive and team needs.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the administrative function.
  • Create and maintain documentation for key processes and procedures.
  • Promote a fun and supportive work environment.
