JOB SUMMARY
Athabasca Tribal Council is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support Senior Leadership. The EA plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and overall organizational success. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and logistical support, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and events. The EA also supports the implementation of efficient systems and tools that enhance operational effectiveness across the organization. Acting as a role model, the EA is expected to go the extra mile, offering proactive support to the wider organization as needed. This role requires discretion, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in administrative operations.
