This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Executive Support: Manage the Precinct Lead’s schedule, correspondence, and administrative needs across multiple roles in the university and hospital.
  • Coordinate Research Activities: Support research group s with admin istrative and coordination tasks that may include development of grant applications, ethics submissions and research meetings, facilitating the progress of vital medical studies.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key liaison between the Department, hospital staff, and external partners, requiring diplomacy and discretion.
  • Oversee Administrative Processes: Ensure smooth operation of departmental activities, including honorary appointments, staff reviews, and committee support.
