Key accountabilities will include:

  • Proactively manage calendars ensuring optimal time management.
  • Coordination of appointments, team meetings, catering and travel bookings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, efficiency and urgency as required.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks, projects and deadlines to maximise productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare day packs, reports, and presentations.
  • Utilise technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Chief and pro-actively address challenges or issues that may arise
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Executive Assistant, you’ll deliver high level managerial and administrative support to the Chief Member Experience Officer (CMXO) and the broader Members Line of Business team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
This role requires a strong growth mindset, problem solving ability and a deep understanding of the operations and day-to-day demands of supporting a Chief to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.
