Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founders of the company. This is a part-time role (20% capacity) to start, with the potential to expand over time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages priorities with discretion, and communicates effectively at all levels. Responsibilities · Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. · Handle scheduling requests and respond to related emails in a timely and professional manner. · Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. · Manage both business and personal matters for the founders with absolute confidentiality and urgency. · Act as a central point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders. · Ensure smooth communication and workflow between executives and teams. Requirements · Fluent English (spoken & written) – excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. · High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. · Positive, loyal, and reliable — a trusted partner for the executive team. · Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with both a “big picture” and detail-oriented mindset. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. · Creative, assertive, and confident in decision-making. · Located in Miami, Florida (remote role, with occasional office visits).
