POSITION SUMMARY:

B Capital is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide primary support to the Healthcare Investment team. The individual will take full responsibility in managing the day-to-day schedule and needs of multiple Partners, as well as providing event management and administrative support to the team. Additionally, the individual will work as part of the broader B Capital team by corresponding with other Executive Assistants and team members in our global offices on daily tasks and long-term initiatives.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 5-8+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives
  • BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline
  • Event planning/coordination will be added advantage
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google suite of products
  • Ability to occasionally work outside normal office hours to accommodate Asian and European time zones, including responding to timely e-mail requests as needed
  • Prior experience working as an Executive Assistant in finance, Venture Capital, PE, or a Law firm is preferred, but not required
