Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Various UK locations considered, with travel to Frimley, Surrey as required. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £50,000 + depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide expert Executive Assistant support to two Senior Executives, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and delivered on time
  • Organise and coordinate a wide range of tasks, using good judgement to focus on the most important and high-impact work
  • Build effective working relationships with key colleagues, including Chiefs of Staff and Board Office teams, to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage complex diaries, travel plans, and logistics for meetings, site visits, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Prepare meeting notes, carry out research, and organise information to help the Executive stay informed and ready for discussions
  • Handle incoming communications professionally, draft responses, and make sure follow-ups happen across different time zones and platforms
  • Create accurate, well-presented documents, reports, and presentations; manage expenses and support with tracking budgets
  • Make sure office activities follow internal policies, GDPR, and health & safety requirements, helping to maintain a professional and compliant workplace

Your skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience handling confidential information securely, with knowledge of GDPR
  • Skilled in managing complex diaries, travel, and senior meetings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Global experience is desirable, reflecting familiarity with international working environments

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by directly supporting the Senior Executive and contributing to the wider team’s success. You will act as the gateway to the Senior Executive, utilising highly developed communication and influencing skills to build credibility and engage confidently with senior management and external contacts. Your expertise in time management and problem-solving will be essential as you independently manage complex, sometimes competing priorities to ensure everything runs professionally and efficiently.
