This is a 6-month part-time opportunity in an organisation that is committed to creating a better world for all. You may have experience as an EA/PA, or corporate administrative experience, and you love people. You enjoy contributing and serving is an extension of who you are. You understand your Executive’s working style and expectations and you remember the small things You take initiative and can anticipate the needs of your manager or team before they are aware of them You are resourceful, adaptable and your communication skills, both verbal and written, are second to none.
Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for providing proactive, efficient and professional administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Executive team with a high level of competence, confidentiality, maturity and professionalism. Your days will be varied with tasks including preparing reports, managing appointments, communicating with various stakeholders and coordinating events.
