Join us as an Executive Assistant supporting 1–3 executives. You will play a key role in a fast-paced, high-growth, transformative environment, working closely with bankers, financial sponsors, and internal teams across Barclays. The role involves managing travel, busy calendars, and high volumes of correspondence, as well as organising internal and external events and workshops. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diary management, travel coordination, and event planning, thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

  • Management of senior executive members calendars and overseeing their timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
  • Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive.
  • Proactively anticipating the needs of the senior executive, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, managing annual leave records, distribution lists, and other organisational tasks.
  • Management and facilitation of senior executive members meetings.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to prioritise effectively, and work autonomously.

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proactive and dynamic personality with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

This role is based in London.
