About the Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Executive Assistant role plays a critical part in enabling the CFO to operate efficiently and maintain focus on strategic priorities. As the CFO holds a national leadership role, the position involves broad coordination and engagement with stakeholders across the country. This role is fast-paced and varied, requiring a high level of organisation, discretion, and responsiveness. The Executive Assistant will be exposed to executive-level activity and strategic people initiatives, offering valuable insight into the workings of senior leadership and the broader People & Culture function. The position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a trusted support role, enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and is energised by contributing to a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities within the below areas: Executive Support and Diary Management; Meeting Preparation and Documentation; Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management; Workflow Monitoring and Action Tracking; Coordination of Events, Travel, and Logistics; Administrative and Financial Support; Confidentiality and Information Management. Skills/Attributes Required: Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. A high level of professionalism, reliability, and confidence in handling confidential information Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute to continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes. Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build strong working relationships and contribute positively to team culture. Qualifications and Experience required: Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative support role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience working in corporate or professional services environment is highly regarded. Why BDO?
