About the Role Reporting to the General Counsel, Head of Legal, the Executive Assistant role plays a critical part in enabling the office of the General Counsel to operate efficiently and maintain focus on legal matters and strategic priorities. As the General Counsel holds a national leadership role, the position involves broad coordination and engagement with stakeholders across the country. The position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a trusted support role, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and is energised by contributing to a dynamic environment. This role can be based out of Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and ideally suits an individual seeking part-time options. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Support and Diary Management; Meeting Preparation and Documentation; Stakeholder Communications and Relationship Management; Workflow Monitoring and Action Tracking; Coordination of Events, Travel, and Logistics; Administrative and Financial Support; Confidentiality and Information Management; Lawvu Coordinator; Team Enablement and strategic support; Vendor & External Counsel Management. Skills/Attributes Required: Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement systems, and manage change. Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills. Proven ability to build relationships across diverse business units. Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. A high level of professionalism, reliability, and confidence in handling confidential information Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute to continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes. Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build strong working relationships and contribute positively to team culture. Qualifications and Experience required: Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative support role in legal operations, business operations, or professional services management.
