Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and prioritize effectively.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Location: Corporate Office – Long Beach, CA
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hourly rate: $65, 000 to $75, 000 annually

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience or knowledge in real estate is a plus.
  • Experience in EO
Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements both business and personal.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist in planning company events, conferences, and team meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team
