About the role
Ecclesiastical Insurance, who are proudly part of Benefact Group are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Gloucester office.
In this role you will provide administrative support to Deputy Group Chief Executive and Managing Director for UKGI.

What you’ll be doing
Diary & Travel Management - Coordinate complex schedules, commitments, and national/international travel for Directors.
Communication & Meeting Coordination - Draft emails, follow up on actions, and organise/minute internal and external meetings—including those with VIP stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation - Prepare reports, presentations, SOAPs, and documents for leadership and board-level committees.
Leadership Team Support - Deliver high-quality secretariat support: manage agendas, materials, minutes, and track actions for UKGI leadership meetings.
Admin, Finance & HR Support - Oversee departmental expenses, process expense claims and payments, support event planning, and maintain accurate HR records for the leadership team.
What you’ll need to have
Proven track record of strong relationship management with senior executives, Non-Executive Directors and key external stakeholders including customers and brokers
Self-starter, able to manage own workload
Appropriate IT skills, including powerpoint, word and excel
Ability to minute technical and wide-ranging topics
High level of personal organisation and accuracy
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Experience in a financial services environment
