OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting key projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization supporting senior management and/or client-facing leadership
  • Experience in the investment management industry
  • Prior exposure to global contexts, whether professionally and/or personally
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
