Executive Assistant
Full-Time | Winnipeg | $20/hour | Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 | Benefits Included
Bison Janitorial Services Ltd., a family-owned company with 30+ years in business, is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and friendly support to our team while keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Duties

  • Answer and direct calls, greet visitors.
  • Post job ads, screen applicants, assist with onboarding.
  • Manage supply orders, purchase/sales entries, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain site order sheets, keys, cheques, and WHMIS files.
  • Oversee kitchen/office supply and uniform inventory.
  • Support office events, lunches, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Handle mail, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • Previous admin or executive assistant experience is an asset.
