Description Job Title: Executive Assistant FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt Department: Overhead/Health & Welfare Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Location: Towson, MD Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to two C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while keeping complex priorities moving forward seamlessly. Experience 5–10+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments Proven success managing complex, high-volume calendars Requirements Job Requirements: Judgment & Decision-Making Strong business judgment; able to prioritize competing demands Comfortable making decisions independently and exercising sound discretion Communication Clear, concise, professional communicator (written and verbal) Skilled in drafting executive-level emails, correspondence, and materials Execution & Organization Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Manages multiple priorities simultaneously while staying several steps ahead Anticipates needs, removes obstacles, and creates structure so executive can operate at full effectiveness.
