In this role, you’ll utilize your strict eye for detail to maintain the governance calendar and support the coordination of meetings, ensure alignment with the governance cycle and legal requirements, and manage complex schedules across various time zones. You’ll also wield your organized skillset to coordinate travel for governance members, assist with the Trust’s Annual Election Process, and register governance members and executives for conferences.
While much of your role will require significant calendar management and travel logistics, you’ll also need finesse in communication and administrative support. Your efficacious communication skills will assist you in drafting and editing board materials, supporting governance member relations, and managing correspondence between investors and leadership. Your administrative experience will be crucial in this role, as you’ll draft and distribute minutes, submit expense reports and reimbursements, and partner with management to support filings and communications related to governance and investors.
The team is looking for a technologically proficient applicant who anticipates needs and problem-solves proactively while communicating clearly and thoughtfully across various audiences. Does this sound like you?
