Job Description Robert Bosch is searching for a hands-on and detail-oriented Executive and Team Assistant. This position will operate both virtually and on-site. The Executive Assistant will primarily provide comprehensive assistance to the Vice President Regional Business Unit Leader – Vehicle Motion Steering as well as key leadership team members by supporting with a variety of duties. Job Description Executive Assistant to Vice President Regional Business Unit Leader – Vehicle Motion Steering Partner with others to create and plan engaging team member activities, programs (including virtual events), and incentives Manage VP calendar, travel arrangements and booking, expense reports, document signatures, etc. Support VP with various presentation / documentation / dashboards creation as necessary, especially utilizing AI Assist the team in any needed onboarding or off boarding tasks Coordinate and moderate meetings, including taking notes, publishing minutes and follow up on open items. Scheduling and Travel coordination / management Expense management and tracking including expense reports Coordinate and plan various workshops, leadership visits, team building events as needed, working closely with international counterparts Maintain various standard documentation such as Organization Charts, General Company Presentation, etc Maintain and order office supplies and IT equipment Track and report various KPIs as necessary Issue Purchase Requisitions and Capital Expenditure Requisitions for as necessary Review, forward, and approve invoices as necessary Coaching / problem solving with associates in regards to Bosch processes and procedures (iBUY system ordering / issues / vendor approval, P-Card, PM7 Invoicing, purchase order tracking / invoicing / goods receipt etc) We are looking for an Executive Assistant who: Creates and drives a positive office environment and team atmosphere Demonstrates highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation Develops a strong network within the facility, including our two manufacturing locations, and international locations Qualifications Qualifications Education: Associate Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred 1-3 years previous experience in an administrative assistant or office manager or similar role Preferred Qualifications Highly skilled with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot etc Experience with SAP or like ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly (time management skills) Additional Information Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
