ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is about creating clarity, organization, and balance across two core businesses, DC Steel and ERA Pilates Health Club, while also supporting a busy family life. Family is central to everything we do, and the right person will play a key role in keeping both work and home running smoothly.
You will be working closely with two entrepreneurial leaders who are building and scaling businesses together while raising a family. The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and will take pride in creating stability, organization, and flow across both business and personal priorities.
As Executive Assistant, you will be trusted to manage calendars, communication, and systems so leadership can focus on growth, clients, and family. You will also step into a variety of projects such as coordinating meetings and events, sourcing vendors, managing memberships, and planning travel.
