QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong time management and self-discipline — able to stay focused and productive with or without direct supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with a “follow-through” mindset — gets tasks done accurately and on schedule.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
  • Experience with real estate tools/platforms such as MLS, Dotloop, or Command CRM preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet.
  • Local knowledge of the Alpharetta/North Atlanta real estate market a plus.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Listing Coordination: Prepare and manage listings, including gathering property details, scheduling photography, preparing MLS entries, and maintaining listing accuracy.
  • Marketing & Branding: Design flyers, brochures, and digital content (Canva or similar). Manage and update social media accounts, create consistent posting schedules, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Database & Systems Management: Maintain client database/CRM (Command or similar), organize client records, and streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Event Support: Assist with open houses, client events, and appreciation initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving & Operations: Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively suggest and implement solutions to keep business operations running at a high level.
