Executive Assistant to the Founder (Multi-Business Operations) Remote | LATAM | Full-time | USD Compensation 🧠 About the Role We’re looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to work directly with Ravi Parikh, founder and operator of multiple businesses including Parikh Holdings, Parikh Financial, and RoverPass, among other ventures. This is a complex, high-trust role. You will act as Ravi’s right hand, helping him stay focused, organized, and effective while juggling several companies, teams, and priorities at once. This is not a traditional EA role focused only on calendars and emails. We need someone who can think operationally, manage multiple projects in parallel, understand business context quickly, and proactively remove friction from the founder’s day-to-day execution. If you’re tech-savvy, structured, curious about how businesses run, and excited by fast-paced environments — this role is for you. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Own and manage Ravi’s calendar across multiple companies, meetings, and time zones Prioritize requests, tasks, and follow-ups based on business impact and urgency Actively track ongoing projects, deadlines, and commitments across ventures Support operational execution: coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external partners Assist with finance-adjacent tasks such as invoicing follow-ups, expense tracking, and basic operational reporting (no accounting work required) Help maintain order across tools: Slack, email, Notion, CRMs, Google Workspace, task managers Prepare summaries, notes, and action items after key meetings Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks — and proactively propose solutions Serve as a reliable point of contact to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Be available for urgent or time-sensitive matters outside standard hours when needed (not constant, but expected at this level) 🧩 What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Junior Chief of Staff, or similar role Proven experience working directly with founders or CEOs in fast-paced environments Strong written and spoken English Exceptional organization skills — you can manage chaos without becoming chaotic Ability to handle multiple projects and companies simultaneously High level of autonomy, judgment, and discretion Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly Strong problem-solving mindset Curiosity and ambition — desire to learn how businesses operate and scale Based in LATAM and comfortable working U.S. business hours 🛠 Tools You’ll Likely Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Slack Notion CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) Task and project management tools Basic ops / finance tracking tools 💸 Compensation & Benefits USD $1,200 – $1,500/month, depending on experience 28 days of PTO per year (accrued monthly) Local holidays Long-term role with growth potential Exposure to multiple businesses and founder-level decision making Opportunity to evolve into a more senior Operations / Chief of Staff–type role over time 🌍 Remote & High-Trust Culture Fully remote, working with U.S.-based founders and global teams.
