POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Assistant to support the Owner of B&W Cabinet. This is an on-site role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and processes.
  • Alignment with our company core values.
  • Takes ownership and runs with projects independently, with minimal supervision
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Owner’s email inbox, calendar, and scheduling needs.
  • Serve as a translator between the Owner and team members (English/Spanish).
  • Walk the production floor to gather information and data as needed.
  • Build and manage spreadsheets, create documents, and develop training videos.
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Learn and provide backup support for other office positions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
