Description

California Sleep Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our administrative team. Working under the supervision of the Operations Director, the executive assistant will be responsible for providing support to the executive staff. The executive assistant is also responsible for overseeing special projects in order to support the executive staff.
The ideal candidate must be able to serve as a liaison between multiple departments, manage communication both internally and with physicians, as well as handle various long-term projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to take initiative and work towards the completion of long-term projects
  • Flexibility to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail as well as excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Stellar written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to type 45 WPM and operate standard office equipment (Fax, Scanner, Computer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office operations
