Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is a varied and fast-paced role that goes beyond traditional diary management. You’ll be at the centre of a group of dynamic businesses, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to the CEO
  • Manage and coordinate a busy and ever-changing diary across Calm Futures, Autumn Care Homes, and Wylie Group Construction
  • Support internal and external communications, including assisting with marketing content, social media, and brand messaging
  • Coordinate office administration across sites and assist with event planning, meetings, and travel
  • Liaise with stakeholders including commissioners, partners, housing associations, and suppliers
  • Assist the Finance Director with monthly payroll tasks and general finance admin as required
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and board papers
  • Be a key support in project delivery, ensuring timelines and actions are followed through
