POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications.. The incumbent is a critical thinker and exceptional communicator, with the ability to manage a high-volume schedule, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance as this individual will work with sensitive information across a variety of tasks including business strategy, revenue generation, and contracts. A natural relationship builder and collaborator this individual works efficiently and effectively to achieve results. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of an exceptional team in a growing, fast-paced sports environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to a C-level executive.
  • Post-secondary degree / diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience within the sports & entertainment industry is a definite asset, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – skillful at building and fostering internal and external relationships.
  • Experience attending meetings, taking minutes, and creating proactive action plans.
  • Takes initiative and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excels in fast-paced environments through strong attention to detail, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
