We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team, keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide daily administrative support to the showroom owner and management team.
· Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
· Assist with project tracking, vendor communications, and client follow-ups.
· Maintain organized records for client files, purchase orders, and showroom inventory.
· Support marketing initiatives, including social media posting and event coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Professionalism, discretion, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
