Description

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF CLOUD NETWORKING AND SECURITY!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Sales Leadership team based in the United States. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in managing high-volume calendars, driving administrative efficiency, and coordinating critical meetings and events. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where professionalism, discretion, and agility are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of a high-impact team at Cato Networks. If you’re energized by organized chaos, driven by people and process, and love being the glue that holds things together, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for senior Sales leaders
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate company events, QBRs, off-sites, and team activities
  • Support daily operations through document handling, data entry, and reporting
  • Partner closely with other EAs and the Executive Operations team
  • Book travel and manage itineraries as needed
  • Own special projects and strategic initiatives for Sales leadership
