Description The Role As an Executive Assistant at CDI, you aren’t just a calendar manager—you are a strategic partner. You will serve as the "right hand" to our leadership, anticipating needs before they arise and managing the complex gears of executive workflow. This role requires a blend of high-level administrative expertise, impeccable discretion, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate complex internal and external meetings, ensuring the executive’s time is optimized and prioritized. Communication Gatekeeping: Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and requests; draft professional correspondence and proofread high-stakes documents. Travel & Logistics: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation. Project Coordination: Track deliverables for key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are completed. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations; attend meetings to record minutes and track action items. Expense & Data Management: Handle expense reporting, maintain organized filing systems, and manage sensitive/confidential information with total integrity. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone. Problem Solving: A "figure-it-out" mindset; the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical hurdles independently. Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
