Description
In a world of noise, we find the signal — the pulse of potential. We weave the strands of talent, vision, and purpose into organizations that endure. Blending intelligence with intuition, we honor the human art of connection at the heart of every great company. About the Job We are partnered with a world-famous comedian and entertainer on the search for an Executive Assistant to support both personal and professional priorities across a fast-moving, high-profile operation. This role functions as a true right-hand position, working closely with the principal and internal leadership to manage scheduling, logistics, communication, and day-to-day execution. The Executive Assistant plays a central role in protecting time, maintaining discretion, and ensuring operations run smoothly amid constant change. This is an execution-focused role for a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in high-trust environments, anticipates needs, and brings calm, structure, and follow-through to a demanding schedule. The Mandate This organization is very clear about what it is—and is not—seeking. They are not looking for a task-only administrative assistant or someone who requires heavy structure or oversight. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who can operate independently, manage complexity, and act as a trusted extension of the principal. This role requires sound judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information while navigating shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and time prioritization across personal and professional commitments Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and last-minute changes Serve as a gatekeeper and central point of contact for inbound communication and requests Support day-to-day personal logistics, including residences, appointments, and ad hoc needs Handle highly confidential information related to personal life, business operations, and security-sensitive details Liaise with internal team members, vendors, and external partners with professionalism and discretion Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Anticipate issues before they arise and resolve problems quietly and efficiently Maintain organization across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment Ideal Profile 5+ years of experience supporting a high-profile executive, public figure, or ultra-high-net-worth individual Exceptional discretion, judgment, and situational awareness Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Calm, composed, and effective under pressure Comfortable operating independently and making real-time decisions Not starstruck and confident working closely with a well-known public figure Flexible and available to support a non-traditional schedule Location & Work Model 5x Onsite Per Week in West Hollywood Office Location Compensation Base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 Bonus: Performance-based, aligned with level and experience Interested? This search is being conducted with a high degree of discretion. If this role aligns with your background—or you know someone with strong touring or live events operations experience who may be a fit—we welcome a confidential conversation. Base Compensation Range $100,000—$125,000 USD Equal Opportunity & Non-Discrimination Statement Signal and Strand is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We—and our clients—do not discriminate in employment or contracting on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, registered domestic partner status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local laws. We comply fully with the provisions of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). All employment decisions are made based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We are committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
