We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Facilities Management and contribute to the effective functioning of a busy and forward-thinking portfolio.
You will play a vital role in supporting senior management by coordinating executive functions and ensuring smooth, professional communication between the Director’s Office and internal and external stakeholders. You’ll manage daily operations, support HR and project activities, and ensure high-level administrative systems and processes are operating efficiently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience providing executive-level support to senior management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, databases).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-focused mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience/training.
