THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading creative agency having experienced serious growth in the last few months and now looking to add a superstar Executive Assistant to their team. This company has established themselves within the event market focusing developing small to large businesses buy growing their sales through many channels! In partnership with a many well established and up and coming businesses there is a lot happening at the moment and they want you to be apart of it!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Highly organised but also flexible and able to deal with change
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Organise/reschedule meetings and travel
- Expense management/Diary/Email management
- Able to take order and have a “can do” attitude
- Prepare personal expenses
- Ideally a background in a creative business and or professional services is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
This Executive Assistant role will see you be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s daily activities. Your day to day will not be the same where you really do need to be one step ahead of this CEO, so someone who likes a challenge would suit this role extremely well. This role has a huge focus on organising travel so someone who comes with a great network in the space would be advantageous and even someone who is across nutrition (ask me why later!) . Client liaison and project management is also an important component of this role so someone who is organised & meticulous coming from a role where they can handle multiple duties and be the first point of contact would be ideal!
This role and CEO needs someone who is resilient and happy to make sure he is seriously organised even when hes in the air (he travels a lot!)
