What You’ll Do: As our Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner, enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Diary & Inbox Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and events. Organise email inbox and manage executive “to-do” lists, flagging urgent actions. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings. Capture minutes and track action items to ensure follow-up. Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external. Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CFO and CRO. Travel & Logistics: Organise all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements. Document & Data Handling: Prepare reports and presentations while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Project Support: Assist with ad hoc projects, research, data analysis, and coordination across departments. Help coordinate team social events and meetings. Expense Management: Process expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate will have: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an aptitude for prioritising effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably with exposure to finance and sales functions.
