Job Description The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer – South Asia. The role requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional with exceptional command of English, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong business communication skills. The EA will act as the key liaison between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, confidentiality, and efficiency in all aspects of executive support. Executive Support – Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and priorities; ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office. Communication & Liaison – Act as the primary point of contact between CEO and stakeholders; draft, review, and manage official correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion. Meetings & Events – Organize and prepare agendas, briefing notes, and talking points; ensure accurate recording of discussions and follow-up on action items; coordinate logistics for leadership/board events. Project & Strategic Assistance – Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, track deliverables, and support execution of key initiatives across departments. Information & Office Management – Maintain confidential files and effective document systems (digital & physical); streamline workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Professional Representation – Safeguard the credibility of the CEO’s office; address internal and external matters with tact; ensure accurate and timely execution of commitments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred 6–8 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, Additional Information Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with collaboration tools Service-oriented with keen attention to detail. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse cultures. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage change and deliver results under dynamic conditions. Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative.
