Chorus is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our executive team and their wider teams. We are seeking a proactive and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of administration.

Ō WHEAKO, Ō PŪKENGA | YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior managers.
  • Proven track record in administration, project coordination, and event management.
  • Experience working in within legal team would be beneficial.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Solid understanding of technology for meeting setups and room bookings.
    We are looking for a diligent, organised individual who thrives in a team environment and is always ready to lend a hand. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, along with the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your personal resilience and ability to influence others effectively will be key in driving success within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support, managing the diary and ensuring preparedness for commitments.
  • Handle internal/external communications, including emails, and manage document filing and preparation.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage new starter/leaving processes.
  • Monitor and manage the budget, including expenses and credit card claims.
  • Offer trusted support to the Executive and assist the team with ad-hoc tasks
