Job Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Managing Director. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly contribute to the success, service delivery and profitability of one of our most high-performing teams on a national scale. Your Role As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to: Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings and events. Prepare professional documentation including correspondence, presentations and reports. Manage diaries, intercept calls, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with financial processes including billing, expense claims and reconciliation. Qualifications Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar Senior PA or EA role. Experience working in the Real Estate or Property industry is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
