The role will be primarily responsible for providing efficient, professional delivery of business and administrative support to two General Managers (GM) of the Group Credit Structuring (GCS) and the Portfolio Policy and Provisioning (PPP) teams. The team has responsibilities for: In GCS, we support the Group’s strategy of building tomorrow’s bank today, by supporting Business Banking (BB) and Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) customers who are experiencing challenges. Our goal is to help stabilise their businesses; where this is not possible, we may need to take steps to responsibly exit the relationship. We are a national team of approximately 120 people, passionate about supporting customers and continuously improving systems and processes to deliver exceptional service. In PPP, we are responsible for setting policy to guide the Group’s lending appetite, monitor portfolio performance, and report on the Bank’s provisioning. Other qualities you may possess include: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to change. High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
