Provide proactive, effective and efficient administrative support to the General Managers
Diary management: proactive, efficient time & diary management and maintenance of e-files
Inbox management. Monitor inbox, prioritise emails, and assist in the preparation of responses.
Document management. Collation of pre reading materials (presentations, meeting papers etc.), assist in the review of papers to ensure any items manager is accountable for are prioritised and actioned in a timely manner.
Meeting management: arrange meetings, produce and distribute agenda, action items and associated papers as required and to the timeframes required. Attend meetings, taking minutes and action items as required.
Attendance and participation at selected leadership meetings and events.
