Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to the CCO, supporting them in managing priorities, coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations across the Customer Group. You’ll also provide administrative support to the CCO’s direct reports and their teams when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports, including confidential documentation on behalf of the CCO
  • Coordinating travel, diary management, and meeting arrangements for the CCO and senior leaders
  • Providing clear and accurate reporting to the CCO on relevant risk and compliance requirements
  • Working with Customer Group leaders to develop and deliver regular reporting across teams
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
