As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Executive Assistant Coordinator to support our leadership team by ensuring smooth execution of administrative, coordination, and operational activities, while progressively building expertise in executive operations. Role Overview The Executive Assistant Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the leadership ecosystem. This position is well suited for a professional who is eager to develop strong organizational, coordination, and executive support capabilities through hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations. Working closely with leadership and internal teams, the role focuses on structuring information, tracking priorities, and ensuring consistent follow-up. Over time, the Executive Assistant Coordinator will gain increased exposure to operational processes, cross-team coordination, and business rhythm in a global, remote environment. This role is execution-focused and support-oriented, with responsibility growing alongside demonstrated autonomy and reliability. Tasks 1. Administrative & Executive Support Manage and coordinate leadership calendars Schedule internal and external meetings Prepare reports, documentation, agendas, and briefing notes Track action items and ensure follow-up 2. Coordination & Follow-Up Coordinate cross-team communication and updates Monitor deadlines, priorities, and ongoing activities Support timely execution of agreed actions 3. Documentation & Organization Maintain structured filing systems and shared folders Ensure consistency and accuracy of internal documentation Support optimization of documentation and task management workflows 4. Financial & Operational Support Assist with budget tracking and expense follow-up Support onboarding and internal operational processes Participate in internal projects aimed at improving efficiency Requirements Education & Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field Studies must be completed Experience & Mindset Initial experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles is an asset Comfortable developing skills through hands-on execution and guidance Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and progressively take ownership Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and reliability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment Clear and professional written and verbal communication Languages English: Mandatory (professional level) French: Strong advantage Benefits Work Conditions & Benefits 100% remote role, based in Lebanon Full-time employment (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday) Paid annual leave Paid public holidays Exposure to an international, multicultural working environment Strong learning curve and development through proximity to leadership Important Notes This role is strictly full-time Part-time profiles, students, or candidates seeking reduced hours will not be considered
