Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team in a dual role as Executive Assistant. This position will be responsible for supporting our leadership team with executive-level administrative needs and managing some of the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys wearing multiple hats to ensure both executives and the workplace run smoothly. This person must be based in the local New York office, with an expectation to be in office a minimum of 3-days a week. What You’ll Do Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Act as the gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with communications, drafting correspondence, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by leadership. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment. Plan and execute company events, team offsites, and office culture initiatives. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach. Experience working in a startup or high-growth company. Event planning or HR coordination experience.
