Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders within CPP Investments, including managing calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence, and departmental initiatives.
TEAM SUMMARY
This is an opportunity to play an integral role in the team responsible for CPPIB’s accountability to stewards, global government relationships, stakeholder affairs, and navigation of geopolitical themes. You will be directly supporting 3-4 members of that team on a daily basis, reporting in to the Head of Global Public Affairs, based in Toronto. You may be asked to provide additional (non-daily) support to other team members.
While the team itself is global, those members you support directly will be based in your time zone. This important role is pivotal to the success of the broader team; this individual will participate in all team meetings and play a proactive role in coordinating among senior leaders and spotting areas for improved collaboration or more efficient processes. This individual will be expected to liaise closely with counterparts in the Office of the CEO and other parts of the organization, and to establish good working relationships with counterparts in governments and elsewhere.
