Job Description
Supporting the Group CEO of Culina Group, the Executive Assistant will serve the indispensable right hand, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be essential in enabling the Group CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and drive the company forward.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous PA/EA experience within a large organisation.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Positive and proactive approach to work.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with handling continual changing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business and be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively translate complex information into common terms.
  • Sound administration skills, ability to use Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to research, analyse and reason logically and effectively within tight and conflicting time frames.

Responsibilities:

  • Full and complex diary management, arranging overseas travel and accommodation.
  • Provide operational support, working closely with all the Group CEO direct reports and wider management team – becoming a conduit between all parties, encouraging collaboration and improved communication.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including a mixture of administrative, accounts management, and people management duties, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Acting as point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Group CEO, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Contract Management support, including proof reading of confidential documentation.
  • Arrangement and chairing of leadership meetings, proactive minute taking and action log reporting.
  • Project Management support for an array of initiatives within the department, from onboarding to recruitment, marketing strategy to tender documentation completion.
  • Conducting research and gathering information to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Managing special projects assigned by the Group CEO, taking ownership from conception to completion.
  • Serving as a liaison between the Group CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Support with the analysing Key Performance Data metrics, applying logic and identifying trends to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipating the needs of the Group CEO and proactively addressing them, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
