Executive Assistant - Private Equity - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for an Executive Assistant position at a leading investment firm located in Boston, MA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to members of the C-suite and a team of 4–5 investment professionals. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience in a private equity or hedge fund environment and excel in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting. This is a dynamic role that requires discretion, proactivity, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and travel logistics.
This is a permanent position that will pay a base salary of $95-100k + bonus (depending on experience). This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in their Boston office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field required

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Previous private equity or hedge fund experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and travel/expense platforms such as Concur or Emburse

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Discreet and trustworthy with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable, and willingness to be responsive outside of standard working hours

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership and investment professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Process expense reports using Concur or Emburse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies
  • Serve as the liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion

  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and discretion

  • Be available after hours as needed to address time-sensitive requests and last- minute changes
